Your own branded network

Your affiliates and advertisers see your network, not ours. Each network on Affilicloud is separate from every other, with its own affiliates and its own logins.

• Your own address on affilicloud.com, such as yournetwork.affilicloud.com.
• Your own domain as well, if you want your network on an address you own.
• Your logo, in light and dark versions, and your own browser icon.
• A login page on your address that carries your brand.
• A home page for your network, built from content blocks: headline, text, feature list, links and a call to action.
• Your own admin area on your address, with roles for the people on your team.

Your own tracking domain

Tracking links for your network run on a tracking domain that belongs to you. There is no shared platform tracking address standing in for it.

• You point a domain you own at the platform with a DNS record.
• The platform checks the record and shows you its status.
• Links for your network are created on that domain once it is active.

Connectors to affiliate networks

Connect your own account at each affiliate network you work with. A connector reads that network’s brands and orders into your Affilicloud network.

Payouts through your own payment account

You pay your affiliates from your own account with a payment provider. You connect it with your own credentials, and payments go out from that account.

• Wise

  Connect your Wise account with your own API token.

• Revolut Business

  Connect your Revolut Business account and authorise payments from it.

• PayPal

  Connect your own PayPal Payouts credentials.

• Stripe

  Connect your own Stripe account and pay affiliates who are connected to it.

Each provider sets its own rules for what can be paid and how. We will go through the details for the provider you use in the demo.

Tax forms and custom registration fields

W-8 and W-9 tax forms

Switch tax forms on for your network and your affiliates can complete them inside the platform. The forms available are W-9, W-8BEN and W-8BEN-E. Leave the switch off if you do not need them.

Custom registration fields

Add your own questions to the sign-up forms, with separate forms for affiliates and for advertisers. Review the answers in your admin area and export them as a CSV file.

Control over the emails your network sends

You decide which emails your network sends and what they say.

• Turn individual emails on or off, or pause them all with one switch.
• Edit the subject and body of each email, with earlier versions kept.
• Preview an email and send yourself a test before it goes to anyone.
• Reset an email to the standard wording at any time.

Security emails, such as password resets, are always sent and cannot be switched off.

Add features as you need them

A network and a sub-network each start with the set of features that fits them. Anything outside that set can be added later as an add-on, so you take on only what you use.
